## Start with the context you choose

Your specialty and the topics you follow give your Fellow a starting point. Saved papers and explicit guidance add context. The newer persistent-context controls are in controlled rollout; availability depends on your account.

- Keep interests separate from professional credentials.

- Use explicit preferences to explain what matters to your practice.

- Review what the Fellow knows; correction and forgetting controls depend on the enabled version.

## Put the capability to work

An intensive-care physician wants to follow research on mobilisation and functional recovery. A useful introduction explains the research interest, preferred evidence and how the physician likes an explanation. In accounts with persistent-context controls enabled, that introduction becomes inspectable context.

### Give the Fellow a useful starting point

Open Digital Fellow. Where enabled, find Your practice and select Review details. State your role, practice focus and interests. Add a preference such as: 'For mobilisation studies, show the population, functional endpoint and follow-up before discussing applicability.'

### Inspect the context

Open Memory and details to inspect saved entries where enabled. Use Edit, Forget and Save correction to keep that context current. Check whether an interest still matters and whether its scope matches the work you want to follow.

### An example introduction

Role: intensive-care physician. Interest: mobilisation research in adult intensive care. Explanation preference: study design, endpoint and follow-up first. This is an illustrative research profile. It contains no patient history or inferred professional credential.

### Look for useful relevance

When the Fellow surfaces evidence, check whether it matches the stated interest. Correct the interest when the connection misses the point. Relevant context improves the starting question; the original source still determines what a study establishes.

## What a useful result contains

Use these checks to assess the work you can actually open. Keep the source, the supported account workflow and your own review connected.

- The saved profile expresses your choices in words you recognise.

- Interests and explanation preferences remain distinct from verified credentials.

- The enabled controls let you inspect and correct the context.

## Keep the evidence and your judgment together

The Fellow supports research, awareness and review. Inspect important sources, keep questions de-identified and check local guidance. It does not take autonomous clinical action.
