01

Start with relevant evidence

AttendMe searches 3.4M+ medical articles across 34 specialties. Retrieval considers specialty, study design, source authority and the research question. A corpus count is not a measure of clinical accuracy.

02

Inspect the source

Citations let you follow a point back to the literature. Paper appraisal considers study design and available source material. Abstract-only access must stay explicit; a method name does not establish that a full independent appraisal has occurred.

03

Separate evaluation from claims

Software tests, source-grounding checks and clinical evaluation establish different things. Public demonstrations are labelled. We do not turn an internal test count into a patient-outcome or clinical-usefulness claim.

04

Walk through one evidence question

The useful output is a synthesis you can inspect, with the relevant papers and unresolved questions close at hand. Here is an illustrative route through the supported evidence workspace.

  1. State the research question

Select the relevant specialty. Ask: 'What randomised evidence compares early mobilisation with usual care in adult intensive care, and which functional outcomes were measured?' The example supplies a search question; it makes no finding about effectiveness.

  2. Inspect each important source

Open a citation beside a claim. Confirm the paper identity, study design, population and endpoint. Locate the source passage behind a numerical result and check its denominator and follow-up.

  3. Make the access limit explicit

Record whether you can inspect an abstract, full text or supplementary material. A detail unavailable in the source remains unresolved. A fluent summary and a citation link each support a review step; neither replaces that review.

  4. Continue the work

Save a relevant source to the evidence library. Appraise the paper, compare it with related studies or ask a focused follow-up. Keep reported findings separate from your assessment of relevance.

05

Review before applying

AttendMe supports de-identified clinical research and evidence review. Check source currency, region, population, uncertainty and local guidance before deciding what applies.
