New Zealand (Medsafe)
In New Zealand, AttendMe is intended as an information and research support tool for healthcare professionals. If a deployment or marketing claim gives the service a therapeutic purpose as a medical device, the supplier must reassess Medicines Act and WAND notification obligations before supply.
United States (FDA)
Under the FDA digital-health framework, AttendMe is intended to support healthcare professionals by presenting medical information and the basis for outputs. Any use case outside the boundary below requires reassessment:
