Is AttendMe.ai available on mobile?
Yes. AttendMe.ai is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play) in addition to the web application. Your account, library, and settings sync across all platforms.

Results are ranked using a hybrid scoring system that considers relevance to your query, study design (with RCTs and systematic reviews ranked higher), journal quality, citation count, recency, and whether a study is recognized as a landmark trial in its field.
What quality assessment frameworks does AttendMe.ai support?
AttendMe.ai applies the appropriate framework based on study type: Cochrane Risk of Bias 2 (RoB2) for RCTs, AMSTAR2 for meta-analyses, QUADAS2 for diagnostic studies, Newcastle-Ottawa Scale for observational studies, AGREE II for guidelines, and CARE Checklist for case reports.

Security & Compliance
Is AttendMe.ai HIPAA compliant?
AttendMe.ai is built with healthcare-oriented security controls, but it is designed for de-identified clinical research workflows and should not be used to store PHI. Enterprise buyers can request additional security documentation during procurement.
How is my data stored and protected?
All data is stored in encrypted databases with row-level security. Your uploaded protocols are private to your account by default. Enterprise organizations have additional access controls. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
Can other users see my uploaded protocols?
No. Personal protocol uploads are private to your account, enforced by row-level security at the database level. In enterprise deployments, organization admins can publish shared protocols that are visible only to members of that organization.

Is AttendMe.ai free to use?
Yes. The free tier includes 15 chat queries and 3 Deep Research queries per month. Pro and Enterprise plans offer higher limits and broader workflow features.
What does the Pro plan include?
Pro includes unlimited chat queries, 50 Deep Research queries per month, full library management with multi-format export, literature analysis and comparison features, and protocol upload. Pricing is $50 AUD/user/month. Annual billing is available at $500 AUD/year billed annually.
Is there enterprise pricing?
Yes. AttendMe.ai enterprise pricing is $100 AUD/user/month for the current commercial package. It includes organization-wide protocol deployment, bulk user onboarding, audit logging, and dedicated support. Contact harry@attendme.ai for pilot scoping or procurement review.
Protocol Upload
What file types can I upload as protocols?
AttendMe.ai supports PDF, DOCX, and TXT files for protocol upload. The maximum file size is 10MB per protocol, and each user can upload up to 10 protocols.
How are uploaded protocols integrated into AI responses?
When you ask a clinical question, AttendMe.ai searches your uploaded protocols alongside its 3M+ article database and clinical guidelines. Matching protocol content appears in AI responses with a distinct citation style, so you can easily distinguish institutional guidance from published literature.
Can our hospital share protocols across all physicians?
Yes. Enterprise deployments include organization-wide protocol sharing. Admins upload and publish protocols that become searchable for all organization members, ensuring consistent evidence-based practice across your team.
