Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use AttendMe for clinical decision-making?

AttendMe is clinical decision support. It helps physicians find, rank, and interpret evidence, but the final decision remains with the treating clinician using bedside assessment, local policy, and professional judgement.

What evidence does AttendMe use?

AttendMe searches 3M+ peer-reviewed articles, 59,000+ guideline segments, specialty-specific retrieval indexes, your personal protocols, and published organization protocols when available.

How should I prompt for the best answer?

State the population, setting, key modifiers, decision point, evidence type you want, and local constraints. Ask AttendMe to list missing variables, uncertainty, and citation support rather than only asking for a final recommendation.

How do calculators and pathways appear?

AttendMe can auto-detect relevant calculators and pathways from a clinical question. For best results, name the score or pathway directly and provide required variables. The platform currently includes 150 calculators and 429 pathways.

How do uploaded protocols affect answers?

When a protocol is relevant, AttendMe searches it alongside global evidence and shows protocol citations separately. Personal protocols are private to your account. Organization protocols are published by admins and visible to organization members.

What is the Digital Fellow?

The Digital Fellow is proactive clinical intelligence for eligible paid users. It surfaces new evidence, guideline updates, protocol drift, clinical pearls, and topic connections based on your specialty and activity. It is not an urgent alerting system.

Is patient data secure?

AttendMe is designed for de-identified workflows and does not accept PHI or patient identifiers. Do not enter patient identifiers or upload identifiable documents. Data is protected with encryption, access controls, and enterprise audit features where enabled.

What are the current plan limits?

Free includes 10 chat queries and 1 Deep Research query per month. Pro includes unlimited chat and 50 Deep Research queries per month. Enterprise adds organization management and shared protocol deployment.
