One processing path

The protocol upload parity improvement was merged in pull request #516. It brings personal and institutional uploads through a shared document-processing pipeline while retaining their respective access boundaries.

02

What to inspect in your workspace

The change gives personal and institutional documents a shared preparation and review path. Its useful result is source material you can inspect before relying on it in an evidence question.

  1. Upload an authorised document

Use your protocol workspace and the supported upload control. Confirm the document version and keep the material de-identified. Personal and institutional uploads retain separate access boundaries.

  2. Inspect readiness and extraction

Review the document's readiness and any extraction warnings. Check the source text, table or figure needed for your question. Upload acceptance does not establish complete extraction of every page or image.

  3. Follow the cited local passage

Ask a focused research question that names the document when appropriate. Open its protocol citation and check the passage. Record a missing or incomplete source detail instead of inferring it from the answer.

03

Try the supported workflow

Open your protocol workspace, upload an authorised de-identified document and inspect the source when it appears in an evidence response. Public pages explain the workflow; private documents stay in authorised workspaces.
